We will notify you via text and pickup instructions once your items are ready.

Yes, the Red Box service is available around the clock, allowing you to drop off and pick up laundry at any time.
What if I forget my ticket?
If you forget your ticket, use your mobile phone number and follow the instruction on the Red Box display screen.
